Stephanie Lynn Schluter, age 46, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, December 31, 2023. She was born on July 20, 1977 in Madison and was the daughter of Dennis and Mary (Deitelhoff) Schluter. Steph lived with her parents at home. She was well cared for by her parents, Karen, Linda and the staff at MARC East.

She is survived by her parents, Dennis and Mary of Sun Prairie; a brother Jason (Kathy) Schluter of Columbus, a sister Nicole (Matt) Burt of Waunakee; nieces and nephews, Tyler, Megan, Gavin, Connor, Emma and Addi.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert and Dorothy Schluter and Francis and Louise Deitelhoff; uncles Doug Schluter and Raymond Deitelhoff.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 5, 2024,
at Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary Catholic Church, 229 Columbus St, Sun Prairie. Father Michael Johnson will preside. Burial will be held at Sacred Hearts Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Friday.

The family would like to thank the staff at MARC East especially Sue, Vicky, Brian, and Jenna for their care of Steph for the last 25 years. The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to MARC East.
