Rosa Schuster, age 97, died on Monday, March 24, 2014 in Marshall. She was born on January 19, 1917 in Romania. She was married to Johann Schuster . Rosa was a devoted member of Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church. She enjoyed reading her Bible, cooking and baking.
She is survived by her sons, John (Rhoda) of Madison, Kurt (Fran) of Sun Prairie; 9 grandchildren Starr, Heather, Michael, Jeanette, Dennis, Rebecca, Timothy, Emily, and Brittney; 17 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great- grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband Johann.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 28, 2014 at the Tuschen-Newcomer Funeral Home, 302 Columbus St. in Sun Prairie, with Pastor Luke Werre presiding. Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the Funeral Home. Burial will be at Sun Prairie City Cemetery. Rosa's family would like to extend a special thanks to Rayma, Debbie, and Sherrie at Shady Rest Elder Care in Marshall, and Agrace Hospicecare for the excellent care they provided.
