Robert R. Stutzman, age 87, passed away peacefully on September 29th, 2018. He was born December 8, 1930 in Appleton, Wisconsin, son to Earl and Cora (Stuewer) Stutzman.

Robert was united in marriage to Delores (Krause) Stutzman on July 7, 1950 in Shawano, WI. Robert and Delores then moved to Spokane, Washington where Robert served with the U.S. Air Force. Once Robert was discharged from active service they moved to Shawano/ North Shore where he worked for Shawano County Social Services. They then moved to Stevens Point where he attended college. After graduating his lifetime career was spent working for the State of Wisconsin, primarily in the Health and Social Services Department.

Robert was the loving husband of 63 years to Delores; devoted father to his three children Julie Leisi, Deborah Haas and Brian Stutzman and adoring grandfather to Jessica, Justin, Dana, Jennifer, Christopher, Matthew, William, Autumn, Scott and Cameron and his great-grandchildren Dakota, Haley, Ali, Anthony, Nathan, Abby and Riley and great-great grandchild Bella Rose.
He is preceded in death by his parents (Earl and Cora Stutzman), his brothers (Cyril and Roy Stutzman), his wife (Delores Natalie Stutzman) and his sons-in-law (Dieter Leisi and Richard Haas). He is survived by his brother (Bruce and wife Karen), children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great child as mentioned above.
Robert was a kind caring man of whom we will always have the fondest of memories and who will be very dearly missed.

Memorial services will be held 1:00pm, Saturday October 13th at Sun Prairie United Methodist Church, 702 North Street, Sun Prairie, WI. Visitation will be held from noon until the time of the service. There will be a luncheon at the church immediately following the memorial service.
