Robert L. Seltzner, age 86, passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at the Larson House in Columbus. He was born September 9, 1929 to Edward and Helen (Link) Seltzner in the Township of Bristol. He Married Elaine Derr on November 8, 1952 at Sacred Hearts Church in Sun Prairie.
Robert was a lifetime member of St. Joseph's Parish in East Bristol. He enjoyed a lifetime of farming, going to farm auctions, working and tinkering on old tractors.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Elaine; 5 sons, Al (Rita), Greg (Chris), Gary (Kay), Steve (Cindy), Joe (Kathy); 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; several step great-grandchildren; a brother Walter; and a sister Dorothy (Roger) LeClaire.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister Marjorie (Stanley) Derr.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 12, 2016, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in East Bristol with Father Vincent Brewer presiding. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Friday.
A special thanks to the wonderful staff of the Larson House for their attentive care during his stay. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Larson House Columbus, or Heartland Hospice.
