Pastors Bill and Rebecca Heber left a message on December 7, 2014:
The legacy of a good and faithful father is the children they leave behind, children -- and grandkids, too -- who follow in the steps of the Lord and Savior he himself believed in and served. We have seen that goodness and faith in Pat and Anna and pray God's comfort upon you and your entire family at this time when we celebrate the Birth of Jesus Christ and look forward to His coming again to usher in that great reunion with those, like your dad, who have gone before us in the faith! Our thoughts and prayers are with you. In Christian love, Pastors Rebecca and Bill

Reuben was a great Brother who set a great example for his Sister Ruth and me, his younger Brother! I can still see him in his Army uniform and how proud I was of Reuben serving his Country! We had a super relationship and I loved Reuben as much as any Brother can. My heart goes out to Reuben's family during this trying time! Love Bob
