Pearl and I met few times during her life but I was well acquainted with her parents, her sisters and brothers. My mom, Pearl's aunt, was close to the same age as Pearl and I remember them as close friends. This was a family I dearly respected and loved. There were good times and hard times during Pearl's life. The wars had an immense impact on families during her life. I especially thank the Anderson family for the kindness shown to my Mom. Verna Anderson Hanson would often visit with Mom as did the other siblings. God bless you all live long and prosper. Lester

Diane: My thoughts are with you and your family. You and I certainly had many laughs at age 18 and 19 with your Mother. Just remember all the giggles we had in your Dodge Dart driving to the UW campus to work, okay Bubbles? Love you with all my heart!! Sharon
