I'm very sorry to learn of Mark's passing. He was a student manager with the Sun Prairie boys varsity basketball team during his Junior and Senior years. I remember he took great pride in that role and I have very fond memories of him. He was meticulous in the way he folded and set out uniforms before games, and if one ever accidentally touched the locker room floor, he was quick to snatch it up in hopes that no one saw it. While I lost track of Mark after he graduated from high school, I hope he lived a full life in the years that he had. My condolences to his family and to all those who loved him.

I was a friend and fellow softball player of both Mark and Rick . That was a long time ago in Sun prairie, my sympathy to Rick and family. I was in Portland, Or. at the time of service, my son Scott who also works at U W hospital told me of Mark's passing knowing we played softball. I have fond memories of many competitive softball games most of which we won. I remember a league championship thanks to their efforts. Both Mark & Rick were competitors and beer drinking buddy's. my condolences, Bill Snyder

Mark was a good guy that I was fortunate to work with on multiple different units at UW Hospital over many years. I truly enjoyed working with him because of his attitude and sense of humor; he was well known for being a trustworthy colleague, and a guy who could get things done. He will be missed.
