How she never had a gray hair I'd like to know!! I think of her every time I look at the table runner that she made!! She was an amazing lady and may she rest in peace reunited with Jay and family!

I have fond memories of Marilyn over the years but the last Kruse gathering that she hosted at her home in Sun Prairie was very special for Kathy and Me. We connected with relatives that hadn't been seen or visited for many years. Thank you Marilyn for hosting such a memorable event. Condolences to Marilyn and Jays children, her sisters and immediately family. I learned of Marilyn's passing from Pearl Franke and was sorry that Kathy and I were not available to attend services in her remembrance. R.I.P. Marilyn and love to all who remain, Bill, Kathy, Bill Jr., Scott, Chris and Amy Kruse

I will always remember Marilyn as the cousin who I felt was my older sister. We had so many things in common we discovered as we travel around doing art fairs. She was hard working, thoughtful, and very kind. She had a great sense of humor and was fun loving. She always wanted to do the right thing. David and Angie, thank you so much for welcoming my mother and me to your home and for the kind hospitality you showed us. I have enjoyed seeing children growing and will miss not seeing them the day of your Mother's funeral. I know that Marilyn really loved them and wanted to be close to them. Karen and Dan thank you for the many times you hosted us in your home in Wausau. It was always a happy time that we spent with you. You have done such a good job with your children and I know Marilyn was very proud of them and their accomplishments. Craig I'm sorry I didn't get to know you better. From what Marilyn said about you, I will always think of you as a kind of Renaissance Man. I hope I get the chance to know you better. I know she really loved you because she told me so. She loved all of you dearly and it must have been truly heartbreaking for her to leave all of you. May you find the strength to endure your loss. With much love, Sonya zF59U

I am profoundly saddened by Marilyn's sudden passing. I always enjoyed our conversations over the many decades we shared. Family connections were always very important to Marilyn, and the last time she visited the farm with her siblings and cousins I remember as being a very special time for all of us. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the services. I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Lucille Lewke
