Marcella K. “Sally” Schey, age 106, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022 at Sun Prairie Healthcare Center. She was born on October 10, 1916 and was the daughter of William and Theckla (Gross) Ebert. She married Wilmer Schey on June 6, 1939 at St. Josephs Catholic Church in East Bristol. Sally was a member of the Womens Catholic Order of Foresters and the Christian Mothers. She was an avid bowler, enjoyed traveling, gardening, crossword puzzles and embroidering.

She is survived by a daughter Diane (Greg) Connelly, several grandchildren; great grandchildren and 2 gt. gt. grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Mary Clare Schey.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Wilmer; sons Duane (Roberta) and Don; 2 grandchildren Thomas Connelly and Timothy Schey; 2 sisters Irene Moreth, Lucille Weisensel and a brother Rueben Ebert.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary Catholic Church, 229 Columbus Street in Sun Prairie with Father Thomas Kelley presiding. Burial will be at Sacred Hearts Cemetery in Sun Prairie. A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Thursday. The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Sacred Hearts School Endowment Fund.
