Lynn M. Ballweg, age 49, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, December 6, 2013. She was born on June 11, 1964 in Waukegan, IL and was the daughter of Jon Cox and Mary Cox. She married Dan Ballweg on October 2, 2004 in Madison. Lynn was a 1982 graduate of Sun Prairie High School.
She is survived by her husband Dan; sons, Nathan and Nick Kilian; her father Jon Cox; brother Tom (Maria) Cox; step son Jerome Ballweg; step daughters, Jessica (Morris) Hermanson and Jamie Ballweg; step grandchildren, Ari and Hayden Hermanson, Avery Wagner and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Jessica Kilian; her mother Mary; grandparents and aunt and uncles.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 on Friday, December 13, 2013 at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, 2420 St. Albert Dr. in Sun Prairie. Monsignor Terrence Connors will be presiding. Burial will be at Sun Prairie Memory Gardens. A visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at the Tuschen-Newcomer Funeral Home, 302 Columbus St. in Sun Prairie and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at the church on Friday.
