DeForest———–Kevin D. Meixner, age 61, passed away on Monday, April 15, 2024 at his home of natural causes. He was born on December 8, 1962 in Madison, WI, son of Raymond and Betty Lou (Richards) Meixner.
He married Cynthia Sparby on December 24, 1996 in Durand WI. Kevin was presently working at Schumann Printers in Fall River and for Orbis in DeForest. Kevin had taught Computer Programming for motor controls at Madison College. He was extremely active for North Windsor United Methodist Church as well as a lifetime member. He was an avid Badger and Packer fan and went to many games.
Kevin loved spending time with grandkids, nephews, niece, great nieces and will be missed by all.

He is survived by: daughter Stacie (Bill) Prochaska; 3 grandchildren; Brenna, Clark, and Morgan, who all called him “Papa”; brother Allen (Diane) Meixner, with nephews Jared and Trevor; Brother Dale (Janet) Meixner with his nephew Paul and niece Jennifer (Steven) Lecesse and great nieces Areia and Samantha; his brother-in-law, Butch (Fran) Sparby; and his sister-in-law Linda Gohre;
He was preceded in death by his wife Cynthia, parents, and a nephew Bobby Gohre.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 21, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Tuschen-Newcomer Funeral Home, 302 Columbus St. in Sun Prairie. Immediately following the visitation the family and friends will proceed to North Windsor United Methodist Church, 7523 S. Meixner Rd. in DeForest for Kevin’s 4:00 p.m. funeral service on Sunday April 21, 2024. Pastor Penny Dahl will preside. Burial will be in the North Windsor Cemetery Monday 9:00 a.m.
