Joseph W. Benisch, age 79, died on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at Stoughton Hospital. He was born on May 21, 1933 in Medina Township and was the son of Walter and Florence (Weisensel) Benisch. He married JoAnn Hebel on April 22, 1967 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in East Bristol. He worked for Uniroyal in Stoughton and farmed.
Hee is survived by his wife, JoAnn; 2 sons, Jeff and John; a granddaughter Araiyah Benisch; 3 brothers, Andrew Benisch, Charles Benisch, Cyril (Laurie) Benisch and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Norbert and Robert.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at the
Tuschen-Newcomer Funeral Home, 302 Columbus St, Sun Prairie. Father John Silva will preside.
A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral
home on Saturday. Burial will be at St. Olaf's Cemetery in DeForest.
