JB I. Kershner, age 43, of Madison, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2020 in Madison. She was born on May 24, 1977, and was a graduate of Stoughton High School.

JB was an excellent artist who enjoyed drawing, writing, poetry and reading. She also loved spending time with all her family. JB worked at Webcrafters for over 15 years.

She is survived by her parents John and Pat; siblings Jessica (Chris), Paul (Roya), Thomas, Jonathan (Abbi), Noel (Keegan), Tisha and Janiel (Adam); grandfather Don Kershner; grandmother Romana Perez; her boyfriend Toby and many extended family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by her sister Katie; and grandmother Jane Kershner.

A private family service will be held. Burial will be at Sun Prairie Memory Garden. A celebration of life will be done at a later date when it’s deemed safe. Addiction is living in a body that fights to survive, with a mind that tries to die. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to a charity of your choice.
