Jason J. Fehrman, age 41, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Nov. 1, 2015 at Meriter Hospital in Madison. He was born on September 29, 1974 in Madison and was the son of Roger and Kristi (Ward) Fehrman. He graduated from Sun Prairie High School in 1992. He was a production worker at Walgreens Distribution Center for many years. Jason played hockey for several years and enjoyed watching his son play. He also enjoyed playing board games with his daughter Kyra. He is survived by his son Evan and daughter Kyra both of Sun Prairie; his parents Roger and Kristi of Pardeeville; a brother Justin (Melissa) and their children Kayla and Leah of Lake Mills; his grandfather Jerry Ward of Sun Prairie; his aunt Marci Ward of Pardeeville and numerous friends.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11a.m. on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 610 Lincoln Street in Rio. Pastor Ann Walsvik will preside. A visitation will be held from 10a.m. until the time of service on Saturday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the “Jason John Fehrman Memorial Fund”.
