Bud made the best cookies! Ellie worked with me at GTE/VERIZON and Bud was the love of her life. Every day she went home for lunch to be with Bud and he had her cream cheese on a bagel waiting for her. He had a zest for life and the warmest personality and smile. Blessings as you begin a new journey Bud and we will take care of Ellie for you. Love and hugs to the Borchert family.

So sad to hear of Buds passing. I will always remember his infectious laugh and his many jokes that he always had to share. Didn't have the opportunity to see him a whole lot but when I did, it was always a pleasure to be around him and hear his stories. We attended his two birthday parties in his later years and always had so much fun. He will always be remembered by so many. We will all surely miss him! RIP Bud!

Love, Bonnie Rostad

I am so sorry for your lost. I have so many memories of Bud and Marilyn and all of the family growing up. My parents were Laurel and Nelda Mook and were close friends with Bud and Marilyn. Dad was a rural letter carrier so we went to conventions together and had a lot of good times visiting the Borcherts in Sun Prairie and when they visited us on the farm. Again so sorry for your lost.
