Gregory A. Martel, age 64, died on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at his home in Sun Prairie. He was born on December 31, 1950 in Detroit MI to Wallace and Juanita (Pinks) Martel. Greg married Patricia Storch on April 15, 2005 in Madison.
Greg served 3 tours in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War as a tank commander, from 1970 to 1974.
Gregory is survived by his wife Patricia Storch Martel; son Peter Martel; daughter Tori Martel; 2 grandsons Timothy and Jakob Frye; a brother Kendall Jeppesen; and 2 sisters JoAnne Day and Melinda Spearing.
Greg was preceded in death by his parents; a brother Kenneth; and son Jamie.
A private service will be held at a later date.
