– Our Dad, Gary J. Feuling, age 84, went to heaven on May 3, 2017 at Agrace Hospice and Palliative Care Center. Dad passed away peacefully surrounded by Julie, Greg, Pam, Pamela, Roanna, Marcia, James, Emelia, Jenna, as well as the nursing staff. Dad was born December 24, 1932 to Francis and Ottilie Feuling, Sun Prairie WI. Dad married the love of his life, Constance S. Wroblewski, on October 8, 1955. They had eight beautiful children.
In Dad's younger years, he was drafted into the Army and was part of the Company C 123rd infantry regiment during the Korean War. Dad worked as a carpenter. He built our house on Bird St and on Portage Road and helped build other houses in Sun Prairie. He worked as a Carpenter for the Wisconsin Cheeseman for 30 years. He designed and built the beautiful flower carts that were displayed on the Wisconsin Cheeseman lawns that everyone enjoyed as they drove by on Hwy 151. Dad loved to play bingo, and enjoyed sitting around the table with his family playing Euchre, 15 cent game and other games. He enjoyed Tiki bar parties and other family gatherings. Dad always looked forward to Buck camp, in which he was nicknamed “Shotgun”, and enjoyed taking everyone's money. Dad was a founding member of St. Albert The Great Catholic Church in Sun Prairie, WI. Dad was a 3rd degree member of The Knights of Columbus. Dad was a great son, brother, uncle, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, friend and will be missed dearly.
Dad is survived by his eight children: Douglas (Connie) Feuling, Green Lake; Bruce (Terry) Feuling, Scotch Grove IA; Julie (Rob Pederick) Feuling, Enfield, South Australia; Cynthia (Ron) Kapellusch, Lake Havasu City, AZ; Gregory (Pam) Feuling, Madison; Pamela (Jeremy) Stupar, Sun Prairie; Roanna Feuling, Madison; Marcia (James) Veith, Hustisford.
Dad is survived by two siblings: Identical twin brother Gale (Pauline) Feuling, Olympia WA; Martha (Douglas) Bollig, Sun Prairie; and a sister in law Mary Feuling.
Dad is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren: Carmen, Lauren, Meredith, Uziah, August, Ashley, Bryan, Danylle, Caleb, Annie, Payton, Issabella, Aidan, Sadie, Ian, Daniel, Andrea, Kristen, Malia, Kyler, Finley, Alex, Jenna, Chloe, Cole, Carly and Emelia.
Dad is survived by many nieces and nephews: Kris, Karrie, Suzi, Kati, Molly, Cheryl, David, Lindsay, Doreen, Danette, Dan, Mona, Scott, Geri, Robin, Stephanie. Dad is also survived by his 2nd wife, Marjorie Snyder, married November 3rd, 2001 and her six children and grandchildren. Preceded in death by our Mom, Constance Feuling; brother Martin Feuling; sister and brother in law Rosemary and Edward Bedner; sister in law and brother in law Robert and Karen Wroblewski; nephew Russell Wroblewski; nephew Peter Wroblewski; grandson Robert Feuling; granddaughter Cherise Mullen. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Albert The Great Catholic Church, 2420 Saint Albert The Great Drive, Sun Prairie on Monday May 8th, 2017 at 1:00pm, with visitation from 11:00am till time of Mass at the Church on Monday. Monsignor Donald Haier will preside. Burial will follow at Sacred Hearts Cemetery. A luncheon will follow the burial at St. Albert The Great Catholic Church.
