Hi Tony, Sending my sympathy and wishing you peace that your Mom is in a better place with my Dad and remembering what a sweet person she was when I went out to your house to ride horses. She was truly blessed to have a daughter like you to take care of her! Sending hugs your way! ....Vic

Nice to see Father Doug is doing the mass. His brother Gary Dushack is my godfather. MY Dad, Ken Renz (who has passed 2/5/ 2013) has been close friends with the Dushack family. In the 60's our families would get together at Glen & Edie's house. Us kids had lots of fun there. - So sorry to hear about the loss of this family member. Our loved ones are always with us , in our hearts & In our prayers.

I'm sorry to say I never met Elinor Dushack but in a small way I have seen her in her granddaughter Susan Viken. Susan spoke of her grandmother many times over the years we worked together, as Susan said Tuesday, her grandmother is in a better place. May God bless and keep each of you.

SUSAN MARY RENZ FREIDEL left a message on January 23, 2014:
Sweet Elinor, We had so much fun at your farm - both inside & out! You always had peanut butter sandwiches, and a jar of various chewing gum: CLOVE - BLACK JACK - BEEMAN'S - BAZOOKA & FRUIT STRIPE...upstairs in the old house was filled with play clothes: formals & high heels...outside we had the horses, the woods, the pond & the memorable hay barn...You always had time to play with us - like being the pitcher for Dushack-Renz softball games... Thank you for making so many warm memories, & never forgetting my BD and Christmas cards, even just a month ago. I will never forget you telling me "The first 60 years are the hardest"... Thank our Lord that you got to stay in your cozy home & have the best 6 daughter care-takers so you did not have to leave the farm. Heaven now has a new Angel & I know you are surrounded by your family members, pretty birds, & beautiful irises. I love you to HEAVEN & back! God Bless always, Susan Mary
