I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you and the entire family. I have fond memories of the way you and Donny loved to dance! How cute the two of you were out there on the dance floor. What a good dad Donny was and how very patient he was with all of his employee's. The world has an empty space now. My heart hurts for you dear Shirley. God Bless Love Melinda

Dearest Uncle Donnie, I have many fond memories from our visits up here. Like when you took us on a tour of the farm and let us know how you had worked out a system for milking the cows that would rival any big business plans! You were always so proud! I made sure to tell everyone that there were no hormones in the Statz milk! And I'll always remember the parties that you and Shirley hosted at your beautiful home. Thanks for always taking the time to visit with Ken and me! You will be missed!

While our relationship is not one of family or fellow WI residents, neverthe less, it is a unique friendship we have had these past years. You both brought so much joy to me & my job in sales. Thank you for always coming to get your vehicle so that we could share some time face to face. All our hearts are saddened by Donnie's passing and hopefully his warmth and great memories will comfort all through the days ahead. May your memories embrace you Shirley and hold him close in your heart. Lovingly, Mary Kay

Donnie was a truly good man, a dear and well-loved friend. He was always ready to listen, to laugh, to be positive and loving. I rode in the combine with him one day, to find out why he loved going up and down the field for hours on end. I found that it was his love of Nature, his love of farming, his love for all the creatures and living things of God's creation. If every wife had a husband who loved her as much as Donnie loves Shirley, and children and grandchildren had such a father and grandfather, no one would ever be short of love in their lives. We have lost a wonderful friend, and know he was in Heaven immediately as he left here. Our prayers are with all of you. Sid and Diane

We are school mates to Donnie. we both grow up on the farm and know how much hard work there is to farming. We are in New Zealand touring and fishing, once back home in Henderson, Nevada at our winter home we will be in contacct with the family. Several years ago we had farming people from New Zealand visit us in Wisconsin and Donnie was so gracious to give us a tour of the farm. Thank you. You are in our pragers and thoughts at this difficult time.
