Dennis Lee Dushack, age 78, passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024. He was born on December 21, 1945 in Madison, a few minutes after his twin brother, Douglas, to Glen and Edith (Smyth) Dushack. He grew up in the Town of Burke and went to Sacred Hearts School through 10th grade, graduating from Sun Prairie High School. Dennis worked for 45 years with Madison Concrete and Pipe, until his retirement in 2009. Dennis married Linda Zaemisch on March 27, 1971 and they had two daughters, Jessica and Amanda. They were married for 26 years until her passing in 1997. He met and married Agnes Trzebiatowski on May 14, 2005, until her passing in 2012.
He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Dushack; brothers Richard (Dorothy) and James; sisters Ruth Ann Frank, Linda Gladem, and Donna (Daniel) Wells.
Dennis was preceded in death by: his wives Linda and Agnes; daughter, Jessica Werner; brothers, Donald (infant) Gary, David and Monsignor Douglas Dushack; sisters, Shirley Johnson and Judy Volkmann.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary Catholic Church, 229 Columbus St. Sun Prairie with Father Vince Brewer presiding. A visitation will be held at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. Burial will be at Sacred Hearts Cemetery.
