Chris A. Jacobson, age 58, died on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison. He was born in Madison on June 5, 1955 and was the son of Arthur and Mavis (Weber) Jacobson. He is survived by his 2 children, Kelsey and Ryan of Fall River; his sisters, Barbara Jacobson of Evansville, Patti (Chuck) Suchomel of DeForest, DeAnne (Jerome) Klein of Oregon, Terri Jacobson of Sun Prairie, Lori Haldinger of Lake Mills, a step-sister, Stacy (Denis) Kozel of Milwaukee and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and step-mother Fern.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at the Tuschen-Newcomer Funeral Home, 302 Columbus St. in Sun Prairie. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in Sun Prairie Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.

Chris was one of the sweetest men I know. Even through the hardships he endured these last years his kindness and caring of others shined through. My sincerest condolences to his family and friends. We have truly lost a very special person, but heaven has gained a shining new angel.

Wow were do I start with all the memories of Chris. I loved his laughter. he had the best belly laugh. He had the kindest soul. No matter what we did, he always found the fun in it. Playing spoons, swimming, our week stay in the summer and of course our every other Sunday visits. I'm sure he will be missed by everyone. My love and prayers go out to all of you. Chris's spirit will lve on through his children. He will be missed. Love you all

So so many memories of Chris and all the good times we had on those Sundays we would take turns visiting. Chris always had a huge smile...and everything was "good". He loved Grandma's cinnamon rolls !! I believe she had them waiting for him.... Our sympathies Our prayers Our love Jim and Sandee
