Agnes M. Koellen Hemenway, age 77, died on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at Badger Prairie Health Care Center in Verona. She was born on October 4, 1937 in Watertown to Joseph and Evelyn (Shaffer) Koellen. For the past 15 years Agnes suffered with Alzheimer's, she is finally at peace.

She is survived by her mother Evelyn; sons, Charles (Rose), Chadwick and Clayton (Brenda); brothers Lloyd (Lois) Koellen, Robert (Barb) Koellen, and Thomas Koellen; sisters Audrey Wojculis and Arlene Retterth; grandchildren Jessie Hemenway, Brandon (Bimini) Hemenway, Joshua Hemenway, Corey Hemenway, Kyle and Kari (Juan) Hemenway-Olalde; great-grandchildren Brayden and Lyndon Hemenway, and Thomas, Karter, and Kace Hemenway-Olalde;

She was preceded in death by her father.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary Catholic Church, 227 Columbus Street, Sun Prairie with Father Chahm Ghang presiding. Burial will be at Sacred Hearts Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at the Church on Wednesday.
