Agnes (Trzebiatowski) Dushack, age 59 passed away on Monday, April 23, 2012 at Agrace HospiceCare Inc. in Fitchburg surrounded by her family. She was born on May 20, 1952 in Stevens Point and was the daughter of Anton and Martha (Sikorski) Trzebiatowski. She married Dennis Dushack on May 14, 2005 at Sacred Hearts Catholic Church. She graduated from Amherst High School in 1970. She received an Associate Degree from U.W. Stevens Point in 1976. Agnes also worked at U.W. Stevens Point and transferred to Madison and continued to work for the U.W. Extension and for ICE and was awarded for Excellence at her job. During her time in Madison she worked for 12 years at St. James Catholic Church in Middleton.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis; 3 brothers, Adolph Trebiatowski of Brookfield, DeLloyd (Rita) Trebiatowski of Almond, Casimir (Germaine) Trezbiatowski of Stevens Point; a sister, Elizabeth (Edmund) Wysocki of Germantown and many nieces and nephews and friends John and Carol McKinley.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Antionette Zywicki; a sister-in-law, Marcella Trebiatowski; a great nephew, Gregory Henry.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 27, 2012 at Sacred Hearts Catholic of Jesus and Mary Catholic Church, 227 Columbus Street in Sun Prairie. Monsignor Duane Moellenberndt and Father Douglas Dushack will preside. Burial will be held at Sacred Hearts Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at Sacred Hearts Catholic Church in Sun Prairie where a rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Friday.
