As the Dane County Drainage District’s Atty I worked with Scott for several years. He was first class person, excellent judgment and liked by all. Soft spoken but when he did give his opinion folks listen. He was a gentleman’s gentleman. His lost is great to his family and all the farmers and folks that knew him. I learned more drainage law than any book could teach me. He was a great listener with the ability to provide a common sense solution. He will be missed but not forgotten. I never will.
