My condolences to the Ringelstetter family. I became acquainted with Scott over the past 5 years through the Dane County Drainage Board. Scott always provided kind and levelheaded counsel. For those of us less familiar with the ins and outs of drainage he always patient and willing to explain. His loss will be felt by many and he will be sorely missed.

As the Dane County Drainage District’s Atty I worked with Scott for several years. He was first class person, excellent judgment and liked by all. Soft spoken but when he did give his opinion folks listen. He was a gentleman’s gentleman. His lost is great to his family and all the farmers and folks that knew him. I learned more drainage law than any book could teach me. He was a great listener with the ability to provide a common sense solution. He will be missed but not forgotten. I never will.
