Rolf S. Adamski, age 86, died on Friday, October 29, 2010 at the Willows Nursing Home in Sun Prairie. He was born on July 25, 1924 in Nordhausen, Germany and was the son of Czeslaws and Meta (Joedecke) Adamski. He is survived by his wife Margaret of Sun Prairie; step children, Sabine (Karl-Hein) Blindert of Germany, Gudrun (Benny) Danyeur of Sun Prairie, Susan Sherwood of Chicago, Donna Taillon of Chicago and Roland Schebesta of Paige, Arizona. No services are planned.

My most fondest memories are the times Rolph spent with me when I was a child. Rolph and Oma took me to Niagara Falls when I was very young It was an amazing time. I have a photo of he and I, me holding a foot long hot dog that was the size of my arm. It was huge. Another wonderful memory was when Rolph and Oma and mom and I went to Florida, I spent lots of time swimming in the pool. Rolph and Oma spent so much quality time with me. Another visiting them in Michigan, mom and I used to drive up when I was very little. I remember their German Shepherds, Hasso was one. He was so big. I also remember the smell of Old Spice, Rolph always smelled so good to me. Being around him always brought back wonderful memories of my childhood, most of the good times were spent with my Oma Gerda and my Opa Rolph and my mother. These times I hold very dear to my heart. I will always love Rolph what an incredible human being.
