We were so very sorry to hear of Jim's passing and that we missed the funeral. We only heard the news about an hour ago. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Klubertanz family. I will miss seeing Jim outside with Junior - and the friendly waves - and will never forget Jim trying to help Stephen with our lawnmower when it died - and then mowing our lawn for us. It has always been a comfort to know that we have such good. caring neighbors. May God be with you all!! With love and friendship. - The DeWitt Family. Stephen, Lisa, Josh, Sarah, and Michaela

Most of my memories of Jim are from when I was very young. He rented our barn and we got to see him when he came down on his tractor to take care of the animals or perform some other work. When he came to our place he would have a trail of five boys (my brothers and myself) following him around like ducklings. To me, he was bigger than life. He would hoist us up onto his tractor and give us rides. He also stopped in on his motorcycle from time to time and those rides were even more exciting. I remember strong tan arms, curly hair and a huge smile. I also remember that he was a super fast walker. I guess that comes with being a hard worker who had something to get done. I am saddened to see him go. I would have liked to thank him for giving me some good childhood memories.

Best neighbor and friend ever! Quote from Meg 'Remember all those days that I sat in the garage in front of the fan eating chips or freezy pops'. Miss you.

I was saddened to hear about Jims passing. I was able to see him about 2 years ago it was like we hadnt missed a beat. He was my idol when I was 12. Used to work for him and Shike on the farm, before i was old enough to pay taxes. he used to take me to the races at Capitol super speedway in his 70 model Torino which I thought was the fastest car in the world. My thoughts go out to his family. I know i was sddened to hear about his passing. He will be sorely missed. Vern
