James Arthur Anderson, age 63, passed away at the VA Hospital on December 26, 2011.
He was born on July 1, 1948 in Iowa City, the son of Clarence & Emma (Amunrud) Anderson. Jim proudly served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He will be remembered for his love of teasing and his sense of humor.
Jim is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, father and mother-in-law, LaVerne & Beverly Tjugum, and his beloved dog, Too Too.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Judy (Tjugum); his parents, Clarence and Emma Anderson and his step-mother, Mabel (Weisensel) Anderson.
A special thanks to the staff at the VA Hospital for their wonderful care and to Rick Anderson for his dedication to Jim.
Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Bristol Lutheran Church, 6835 Hwy N, Sun Prairie. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service.
Jim will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
