My Dear Helen, I recently learned of Herb's passing from the Sunday WSJ Obits. I send deepest sympathy to you. I worked with you at DILHR as a programmer/analyst and fellow hearts card player. I have fond memories of both of you and your stories. I loved his love for the animals and his stories of them. He was so kind and gentle for a man. He loved you dearly and I know you loved him. I am sad for his passing, but send these words with love, care and encouragement. Sending memorial to the zoo.

Helen, our sympathy to you. I worked with you at DILHR. I remember when you and Herb had us to your home for dinner. You served omelettes as a starter. Then Herb brought out the Ostrich egg the omelette was made from! Very fond memory. May time heal and peace come. Joyce
