My sincerest condolences to Carol's bereaved loved ones. Unfortunately, I just learned of her passing yesterday. I used to volunteer at the American Legion #481 where Carol and Dan would visit. I had many wonderful conversations with her.. She even baked me a cake! I've not seen her in a long while and often wondered how she was doing. I believe her to be one of the most gracious & kind women that I have ever met and consider myself lucky for having the pleasure. Rest divinely in Heaven sweet Carol. ❤

I first met Carol Breunig as a young girl opening my very first savings account at the bank where she worked. I was scared but she was beautiful, patient and kind to me. That image never changed in all the years of knowing her. May she rest in peace.

Aunt Carol was a great lady! I’ve spoke to her a couple of times on the phone and it was so nice to hear her on the phone as well. I remember coming up her hugging me so tight when I was very little at the time ; she was a very giving Aunt and loving mother to her children.
