Bernice M. Dennis, age 93, died on Thursday, August 19, 2021 in Sun Prairie. She was born April 6, 1928 in Moline, Illinois and was the daughter of Harry and Juanita (Pierce) Allen.
She married Harry Dennis in Moline, IL on September 27, 1947. She worked a few years at John Deere Harvestor where she met her husband Harry. They lived in Erie for many years before moving to Sun Prairie to be closer to family.
She is survived by her 2 children, Sandra Dulin of Sun Prairie and Robert (Judy) Dennis of Clinton, IA; 4 grandchildren Tracy (Greg) Bowers of Waterloo, WI, Lynn (Don) McDonnell of Long Grove, IA, Jarod Dennis of Eldridge, IA and Stacey Dulin of Sun Prairie; 7 great-grandchildren, Brooke, Isabelle, Dylan, Payton, Shay, Kelsie, and Corrin; and 2 great-great-grandchildren, Charlette and Brody.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Husband Harry; and son Donald; a brother Harry; 2 sisters Evelyn and Arlene.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Erie Cemetery in Erie, IL.
